Live a Little Party Rental
We offer delivery in Memphis and surrounding areas. Items are delivered to first floor only within 50 feet of tail gate to your facility room or home/garage. Ask us about set up of the tables and chairs for an extra fee. If you need an exact appointment time for delivery, please ask if that option is available and what’s the required fee. Please discuss this need at the time of placing your party reservation.

Payment Accepted: Cash, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle

Deposits
Deposits are 50% of the complete balance.

Full Payments
Full payment is due 4 days before event is scheduled.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled.

Rescheduling Event
Rescheduling is free, if it is done 3 weeks (21 days) before the event. If it is within 20 days of the event, it is a $25 and percentage of total balance rescheduling fee. You will need to pay the additional fee to reschedule within the 20 days.

Rain Policy
In the unfortunate event that rain begins during or before your event, tables and chairs will need to be brought in to avoid weather damage, resulting in replacement fees. If items are delivered and your event is rained out there is no refund. If you have to cancel before delivery because of rain, our standard cancellation policy applies. Tables and chairs that are wet and/or muddy will require cleaning and fees will be passed to the customer that had the event reservation. In the event, the weather requires us to make a return trip or arrive at a different time other than on the contract, you many incur an additional fee. If items are delivered and not set up because of the weather there no refund on set up. In some cases, if we are asked to do extra labor because of inclement weather you will be charged accordingly.

Set Up
At the time of reserving, please let us know your needs. In most cases, we can set up tables and chairs for an additional fee. Normally, items are delivered and stacked at the nearest entrance and will need to be returned at that location after use.
Finalizing Reservation
Reservation can always have things added on if they are available. Everythinf will be confirmed when final payment if made 4 days prior to event, when is also when the balance is due. You can’t reduce your reservation once we are within three weeks (21 days) of the event.
